Who operates this website

This website is operated by Saeed Vazan, Broker, of Royal LePage Signature Realty, Brokerage.

These terms apply to this website. Using it means accepting them; if they are not acceptable, the answer is not to use the site.

Advertising for one registrant’s practice

This website is advertising, and information published alongside it, for the real estate practice of one registrant.

It is not the brokerage’s own website and it is not a service portal. Nothing on it gives access to a brokerage system, a transaction, or anyone else’s account.

Using this website does not make you a client

Reading this website, sending a message through it, or getting a reply does not make anyone a client, and does not create a representation or a customer relationship.

That relationship begins only when a written representation agreement has been signed. Until then, no obligation of representation is owed to you and none should be assumed.

Nothing here is advice about your situation

The information here is general. It is not legal, tax, mortgage, insurance or appraisal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from someone qualified to give it about your own situation.

A valuation prepared by a registrant is an opinion of value, based on comparable sales and on the condition of the property. It is not an appraisal: an appraisal is a separate document prepared by a licensed appraiser, and a lender that requires one will not accept a valuation in its place.

Property and market information is not warranted

Where this website shows information about a property or about the market, that information is believed correct when it is published and is not warranted to be accurate, complete or current. Property information changes daily, and some of it comes from sources outside this website’s control. Anything that matters to a decision should be verified independently.

A link to another website is not an endorsement

This website links to other websites — government pages, school boards, utilities and the like. A link is not an endorsement, and those sites are not part of the service offered here. Each one has terms and a privacy policy of its own, and those are what govern a visit to it.

Who owns what is on this website
